REFUNDS & RETURNS

Items for return or exchange must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase
This is subject to the following conditions: 

• must retain and provide a copy of your receipt
• The product must be unused, with their original tags and packaging.
• Custom made items are non-returnable unless faulty
• DVDs, books, and food items are not returnable unless faulty
• We reserve the right to refuse a return under the Sales of Goods Act or to require further proof of identity

Please note that you are responsible for any return carriage.  Where you are requiring an exchange by post we will charge you the postage & packing costs of sending the replacement.

Warranty: Please contact us immediately by phone or email with any warranty issues and we will advise on the best way to proceed and provide you with a return number. Should we ask you to return the item to ourselves for inspection this must be done so at your own cost.
