To achieve this, we engineer strength into our products, reducing material usage. We carefully select the most durable materials available, further reducing our reliance on resources.

Reuse is another essential aspect we embrace. We seek opportunities to repurpose unneeded paperwork, waste kayaks in our factory, and surplus packaging from delivered goods. Recycling is not our first choice; it signifies a missed optimisation in our production, supply chain, or process.

However, if recycling becomes the only viable option, we thoroughly assess the environmental impact in each case. For instance, recycling our polyethylene waste into more kayaks wouldn't make sense due to increased energy costs and slight changes in material characteristics. Instead, we explore other applications where using the recycled material has no impact on the product's lifespan and requires less intensive reprocessing due to less critical cosmetic or structural requirements.
